1Digital Product Policy
All marriage biodatas and wedding invitation cards sold on MyWedProfile are intangible digital products delivered instantaneously. Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, we strictly do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. Anyone can create and preview their biodata for free before paying.
2Eligible Refund Cases
A full refund or replacement file will gladly be issued in the following circumstances:
- Defective File: If the generated PDF or PNG file is technically corrupted, distorted, or unreadable due to a system processing error and our team is unable to rectify it within 24 hours.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same document due to a network glitch.
3How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email mywedprofile93@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase with your transaction details and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.
4Cancellation
Once a payment is initiated and processed, it cannot be cancelled as the delivery is instantaneous. We recommend reviewing our free templates first to ensure you are satisfied with our quality before making a purchase.
